Gender and transnational perspectives in the approach to literary and cultural studies
European cultural production needs to be revisited in view of the complex social and political negotiations that are currently shaping European spaces and identities. EUTERPE, which is funded under Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, brings together research, training, and open access publications in interdisciplinary, transnational, gender focused literary studies. Nine early-stage-researchers (ESRs) will be trained and supervised. The research will be organised within four main areas involving transnational women’s literature, translational genres, transnational women intellectuals, multilingualism and decolonising European pedagogies, and transnational literature and cultural production. The ESRs will co-produce an open-source Dictionary of Transnational Women’s Literature in Europe and a Digital Catalogue and Podcast Library.
